All of the listed prices includes shipping to the Following states - TN, KY, FL, AL, MS, GA, LA, AR, MO, IL, IN, OH, WV, VA, NC, SC, MD, DE, and PA. Additional charges will apply when shipping to states other than those listed.

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. THE SHIPPING COMPANY WILL UNLOAD THE SPA CURBSIDE. SHIPPING INSURANCE $100.00 - Option you can choose at checkout. SHIPPING INSURANCE COVERS CONCEALED DAMAGE, (DAMAGE THAT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN SEEN AT DELIVERY) THAT IS REPORTED TO US WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS OF DELIVERY.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INSPECTION OF THE ITEM AT TIME OF DELIVERY AND NOTING ANY TYPE OF DAMAGE ON THE DELIVERY SHEET. ANY DAMAGE NOT ON THE DELIVERY SHEET MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS. IF DAMAGES THAT WERE VISIBLE AT TIME OF DELIVERY ARE NOT NOTED ON THE DELIVERY SHEET, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT COSTS AND RELATED SHIPPING COSTS.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING INSURANCE IS FOR CONCEALED DAMAGE ONLY. EVEN IF SHIPPING INSURANCE IS PURCHASED YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR NOTING VISIBLE DAMAGE AT TIME OF DELIVERY.

Accepted forms of payment are credit card, debit card, paypal, bank check, cashiers check, or money order.Personal checks are accepted but your order will not ship until after the check has cleared. We WILL NOT ship overseas.
